At Botanic Fusion, every arrangement is handcrafted to order using fresh, seasonal flowers. We take great pride in the quality of our work and are committed to delivering beautiful flowers backed by our Quality & Freshness Guarantee.

Fresh Flower Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality or freshness of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photographs of the arrangement so we can assess the issue.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Please note that flowers are a natural product and colours, varieties and seasonal availability may vary from the images shown on our website. Any substitutions will always be of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and colour palette of the arrangement.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has been affected during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Change or Cancellation of Orders

As each arrangement is made fresh to order, cancellations or changes can only be accepted before your flowers have been prepared or dispatched.

If your order has already been designed or is out for delivery, we may be unable to make changes or provide a refund.

Delivery Information

Same-day flower delivery is available across Hawke's Bay.

Monday–Friday: Order by 2pm for Havelock North & Hastings, and by 12 noon for Napier, Haumoana & Te Awanga.

Saturday: Order by 11am for same-day delivery.

Delivery from just $15 across Hawke's Bay.

Closed Sundays.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter delivery details payment details and contact numbers, we'll delivery of flowers.
